WHAT'S INVOLVED IN AN INTRODUCTORY SESSION?

Our introductory session is a safe, enjoyable session aimed at introducing you to our training methodology. The session will be monitored by your coach and you will go at your own pace with no pressure or expectations. We’ll teach you some of the basic foundational strength movements we use and put you through a cardiovascular finisher, there will be opportunity at the end to ask any questions you may have.
