Building on 17 years of personal training and coaching, Andrew (a.k.a Tex) is our in-house Ironman athlete. With an impressive array of specialty knowledge, Andrew is highly experienced in endurance athlete training, strength and hypertrophy, Olympic lifting, sport specific training and his personal interest in the sport of CrossFit.

Motivated by a fitness philosophy steeped in purpose and practicality, Andrew is passionate about helping others to achieve their goals and better their lives. This is evident in his unique training style that draws on his broad set of fitness modalities and elite experience gained over many years, including Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (Purple Belt) and NCAA Collegiate Baseball. Andrew’s years of sports coaching and competing have inspired his tenacity to lead by example. Above all, Andrew’s mission is to ensure his clients obtain sustainable results, the discipline to achieve their goals and the determination to succeed.
